Every Service You Need, One Chicago Practice
General and Cosmetic Dentistry in Chicago
Handle routine prevention and aesthetic improvements at one practice on Michigan Avenue — no separate referrals, no unfamiliar offices, no gaps between your everyday care and the smile you want.
Dental Veneers in Chicago
Precisely shaped, natural-looking porcelain veneers correct chips, discolouration, and uneven proportions for a result that holds its appearance and blends with your natural teeth long-term.
Invisalign® Clear Aligners in Chicago
Get straighter teeth without metal brackets or wires. As a qualified Invisalign® provider, we build a custom aligner plan that fits your schedule and moves your teeth on a clear, predictable timeline.
Dental Implants in Chicago
A dental implant replaces a missing tooth permanently, feels and functions like a natural tooth, and requires no alteration to the healthy teeth on either side of the gap.
Root Canal Therapy in Chicago
Root canal treatment ends the pain caused by a deeply infected tooth and saves it from extraction—so you keep your natural tooth and leave the appointment in far better shape than you arrived in.
Botox, Daxxify, and Dermal Fillers in Chicago
These treatments are administered by a dentist holding faculty-level certification from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics—a clinical standard most med spas and injectors simply cannot match.
TMJ Treatment in Chicago
If you're dealing with jaw pain, clicking, or chronic headaches, a personalized treatment plan addresses the root cause of those symptoms rather than masking the discomfort with short-term fixes.
Oral Sleep Appliances in Chicago
A custom-fit oral appliance offers a comfortable, dentist-prescribed alternative to CPAP therapy for patients dealing with snoring or obstructive sleep apnea who want a less intrusive option.
What Sets This Practice Apart From Other Chicago Dentists
We've operated as a family-owned practice for more than 40 years. Dr. Mary P. Crowe completed the Implant Masters Class at the Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center (AIC) and holds faculty-level certification from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), where she also serves as an active instructor. Both Dr. Mary P. Crowe and Dr. Cameron F. Crowe pursue advanced certification through the Kois Institute, one of the most rigorous continuing education programs available in dentistry.
That credential depth means complex cases—implants, cosmetic rehabilitation, facial esthetics, TMJ—are handled in-house by clinicians trained at the highest available level, not referred to unfamiliar specialists. When you come to us, you stay with us. If you'd like to learn more about the people behind the practice, we'd encourage you to meet the team.
Questions Patients Ask Before Booking
We've answered the questions we hear most often below. If something isn't covered here, you're welcome to call us or send a message through the contact page — we're glad to help.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment at Crowe Dental Associates?
No referral is required. New patients can call 312-263-7822 or use the online contact form to schedule directly. We handle general and cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, facial esthetics, TMJ treatment, and more in-house — you see the same trusted team for every service without being sent elsewhere.
Can I get more than one service done at the same visit?
Yes, in many cases. The care plan developed at your initial consultation often identifies opportunities to combine preventive work with cosmetic or restorative treatment in the same appointment. The exact combination depends on the procedures involved and total chair time — we'll map this out clearly before any work begins.
Which of these services are typically covered by dental insurance?
Preventive and restorative services — cleanings, exams, root canal therapy, and dental implants in some plans — are most commonly covered. Cosmetic procedures such as veneers and teeth whitening typically are not. Coverage varies by plan. For a clear picture, visit our Insurance and Financing page or call the office directly.
How long has Crowe Dental Associates been serving Chicago patients?
The practice was established in 1984 — over 40 years ago — by Dr. Mary P. Crowe and Dr. Cameron F. Crowe. It remains family operated and has treated patients from Chicago's Loop and surrounding suburbs across that entire span. That continuity of ownership and care is rare in modern dentistry and reflects in the depth of long-term patient relationships.
